The course prepares doctoral students to apply statistical methods to business research problems: the fundamental concepts, designs, principles and skills needed for an empirical study, the nature of quantitative methods and experimental design, and choosing among statistical models. The schedule uses Morgan and others, IBM SPSS for Introductory Statistics, with chapter outlines, and Keller and Alsdorf, Every Good Endeavor. Formerly BUSI 720.

The weekly discussion forums (195 points) follow prompts given in the course content and have no guide here. Each week runs Monday to Sunday, and the final week ends Friday.
