Frequently asked questions
About the guides
Where do the assignment details come from?
From Liberty University Online's published course guides (the syllabus and course schedule Liberty posts for each online course) and the 2026-2027 Liberty University catalogs for course names and credits. Each guide names its course and week so you can compare it with Canvas.
What if my Canvas section is different?
Follow Canvas. Liberty notes that course content can change from term to term without notice. If your section shows a different week, length or point value, your section's instructions and rubric govern. The method in each guide still applies.
Why are quizzes and exams missing?
The site covers written work: discussion boards, papers, proposals, critiques, case studies, projects, presentations and faith integration essays. Quizzes, exams, publisher homework, checklists and class introductions have nothing to write, so they have no guide.
Do you cover practicum or clinical courses?
No. Practicum, clinical, field experience, internship and dissertation courses are left out, and so are certificates such as CITI training.
About tutoring
How do I reach a tutor?
Use the chat on any page or the form on the contact page. Include the course code, the week and your question.
Do you have a phone line?
We work by chat and email, which lets a tutor read your instructions and draft before answering.
