The course examines servant leadership through leadership theory and applied biblical integration and imparts the philosophy of servant leadership. The texts are Blanchard, Hodges and Hendry, Lead Like Jesus Revisited; Blanchard and Hodges, The Servant Leader: Transforming Your Heart, Head, Hands and Habits; and Collins, Good to Great.
Three exams (300 points) have no guide here. Week 1 runs Monday to Friday and Weeks 2 to 8 run Saturday to Friday. Leaders from Liberty University and Thomas Road Baptist Church are not eligible for the research paper interview.
